Your provider checks the payment.

Bank timing may vary.

Your bank may apply conversion rules.
When your payment account uses a different currency, your provider may determine the conversion rate and may apply separate foreign transaction charges.
Helpful answers.
These answers cover common payment situations. Your bank or payment provider may apply additional requirements or processing timelines.
When is my payment charged?
Payment authorization normally begins when you submit your order. Depending on the payment method, your provider may first place a temporary authorization hold before the transaction is finalized.
Why was my payment declined?
A payment may be declined because of incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, provider security controls, transaction limits, or required verification. Confirm the entered information or ask your payment provider for more details.
Why do I see a pending charge?
A pending amount may be an authorization hold used by your payment provider while the transaction is being verified. If an order does not complete, the provider determines when that hold disappears.
Can I change my payment method?
Payment details generally cannot be replaced after an order has been submitted. If the order can still be canceled, you may need to place a new order using the preferred payment method.
How are refunds returned?
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, and account processing schedule.
Should I share payment details by email?
No. Do not send complete card numbers, security codes, online banking passwords, or wallet credentials through email, contact forms, or ordinary text messages.
Need payment help?
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. For your protection, never include complete card details, security codes, passwords, or banking credentials.
